Nice view but nothing else. I had reserved a room but when I went there, they told me that no reservation had been made in my name. The food was not delicious and the room was not worth 240€. After clocking out, we were asked to pay for the snacks we had consumed from the room. Terrible!!! It is the first time that a hotel has charged us for this.
Food was good but need to wait a lot on the line before to get something.
For the breakfast there are no more chocolate spread after 1 hour.
Sometimes difficult to find table to eat. Same at night for the show there are not enough table outside.
Soda drink are not good, no original coke but some strange taste fake coke.
Swimming pool and beach are good but again difficult to find enough chair in the swimming pool. Because of people who wake up at 6 during their holiday to book place on beach and swimming pool.
Towel are available only for people who book the hotel via travel agency. So as i book directly to the hotel I had no towel for the beach or swimming pool.
Last but not least, the last day we only get the breakfast untill 11. After that you have to pay 50€ if you want to use the swimming pool or beach seats of the hotel. In Turkey you just need to leave the room before 11 but you can still use the buffet and swimming pool.
Sujata is great, so disponibel and always with a smile and friendly.
Worth the dinner only for her.

Do NOT stay at this hotel, they are ANIMAL KILLERS!
They have been weekly poisoning they are stray dogs of the area even the dogs are harmless, spayed, vaccinated and loved by the community!

I DO NOT recommend this hotel ! This hotel is a hell ! They poison each inoffensif stray animal, they have killed many..
Of course their service quality is also awful as their soul !
Everything was good for that price that was in October .
But as a muslim I ask a lot of waiters about the meat, and they said that everything is with beef meat or chicken.
I eat a meat for the dinner and saw that was different. When I ask the waiter the same answer is or chicken or beef. But when I asked the chefs. They said it’s pork meat!!!!
Nothing was written. Why they lie I don’t now??
A high percentage are guests from Kosovo (a high percentage muslim), I am sure that no one was aware!!!🤮
Nice hotel for family stay. It's noisy but located just at the beach. Food was really great and staff is wonderful - always helpful.
One of the best hotels in the DURRËS Riviera. Very well thought about details. Impressively very good and understanding customer service. Albulen, the manager, is around all the time assisting his staff and the customers with every need.
